This programme exposes participants to powerful tools to help them deal with interactions at all levels in the organisation. It explores the differences between aggression, non-assertion, and assertion, and their effects on communication. Participants will discover techniques on how to be an assertive communicator, acquire ways to handle feedback, exercise greater influence on others and interact more effectively with people in the organisation.  They will learn to address business etiquette when professionalism and assertiveness are required. Participants will also be equipped with more sophisticated skills to use in dealing with manipulative behaviours where assertiveness alone is not sufficient, thus gaining confidence, decisiveness and respect.
