FAQS – Accredited Leadership Programmes in Malta

What is APEX (MQF Level 5) and who is it for?

APEX / Award in Leadership and People Management (MQF 5, 5 ECTS) is Think Talent’s core leadership programme for department heads, managers, and team leaders in middle management who want to enhance leadership capability and people performance.

What is INSPIRE (MQF Level 4) and who is it for?

INSPIRE / Award in Leadership and Management (MQF 4, 4 ECTS) is designed for line managers, team leaders, and supervisors. It focuses on leadership, business, and management development, with learning linked to tangible business outcomes.

Are these programmes eligible for Funding? WIll I get money back?

Yes. Think Talent will help both Companies and Individuals secure funding options including:

Get Qualified Scheme (tax credit for individuals of up to 70% of costs)
Investing in Skills (IIS) (aimed for Businesses - employer refunds 70%+ of costs)

How are participants assessed?

APEX: pass/fail, 50% pass mark.
INSPIRE: pass/fail, 50% pass mark.
Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring: pass/fail, 50% pass mark, with a mix of self-, peer-, and trainer assessment.

How long is each programme / course?

APEX (MQF 5): 12 full days (1 session per month), 125 total learning hours, face-to-face in Mrieħel.
INSPIRE (MQF 4): 12 full days (1 session per month), 100 total learning hours, face-to-face in Mrieħel.
Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring: 8 full days + Individual & Group Coaching in Mriehel.
