Our Story
Founded in 2009, ThinkTalent is an HR Outsourcing, Training, Coaching and Mentoring, Corporate Consulting company made up of seasoned and experienced practitioners with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. We bring together diverse and multi-skilled specialists that combine practical experience, time tested initiatives and projects, as well as the credentials to back our services.
With the advantage of having led both local as well as international HR projects, we understand the explicit needs of many businesses at different levels. Our experience transcends diverse sectors as well as cultures, enabling us to create tailor-made solutions aimed at your specific needs.

In 2014, our sister company Ceek was set up as a recruitment agency in Malta to further help you find the right talent.

Following the successful development and implementation of a staff performance management system for Farsons Group we deployed the system within Quintano Foods. Think Talent have provided their assistance in training all employees and a more intensive training programme was developed for the company’s management team.
What I liked most about Think Talent trainers is their practical hands-on approach.
