It provides a single plan for execution for the whole organisation. This workshop will enable participants to understand the nature and value of strategic planning, how to devise a plan that enables the organisation to reach its goals, the components of a good plan that bring alignment, employee engagement, and improved performance, while taking into consideration the organisation's operating environment.
