Entry Requirements: At least one of the following: • Relevant Level 3 Diploma or equivalent qualification • GCE Advanced level in 2 subjects or equivalent qualification • Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience (learners must check with ThinkTalent regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme) English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country, they must provide evidence of English language competency. Minimum Age: 18+

Assessment Methods: Coursework, Presentation, Reflective Log
Grading System: Each unit within an OTHM qualification is assessed on a pass/fail basis. Learners need to achieve a passing grade in all required units to be awarded the overall qualification.

Funding Options: Get Qualified Scheme – Students can benefit from a tax credit of 70% of the cost incurred. Investing in Skills (IIS) – Employers can benefit from a refund of 70% of the costs incurred. Contact us for further guidance on how to apply for either funding option.
