Most small Maltese businesses miss out on up to 70% of their eligible training costs.
6 in 10 small businesses in Malta do not train their staff. 8 in 10 big firms do. The Investing in Skills scheme helps close that gap, and Think Talent runs the training and walks you through the claim.
