APEX / Award in Leadership and People Management (MQF 5, 5 ECTS) is Think Talent’s core leadership programme for department heads, managers, and team leaders in middle management who want to enhance leadership capability and people performance.
NSPIRE / Award in Leadership and Management (MQF 4, 4 ECTS) is designed for line managers, team leaders, and supervisors. It focuses on leadership, business, and management development, with learning linked to tangible business outcomes.
The Award in Coaching Skills at the Workplace (MQF 5, 2 ECTS) is a practical programme designed to help professionals coach employees to improve job satisfaction, performance, engagement, and ownership of change. It covers the coaching relationship, coaching for performance, and how to coach formally and informally “in the moment.”
- APEX (MQF 5): 12 full days (one session per month), 125 total learning hours, face-to-face in Mrieħel.
- INSPIRE (MQF 4): 12 full days (one session per month), 100 total learning hours, face-to-face in Mrieħel.
- Coaching Skills (MQF 5): 3 full days, 50 total learning hours (24 in class), face-to-face in Mrieħel.
