Recognise common roles and behaviours in group settings
Understand the impact of leadership styles on group behaviour
Identify and manage challenging group dynamics and interpersonal conflict
Facilitate inclusive, collaborative, and high-functioning group environments
Apply strategies to foster psychological safety and learner engagement in training settings
Intervene effectively when group relationships become a barrier to productivity or learning

Leaders, managers, team leads, trainers, and facilitators who work with or manage groups in professional or learning environments.
