This bridging course is for foreign-qualified nurses seeking to align their nursing qualification with Maltese and EU registration standards. It enables learners to gain the academic, linguistic, and clinical competencies required to register with the Maltese Council of Nurses and Midwives (CNM), and to practise across the European Union. The programme integrates theory, simulation, and clinical practice, preparing participants to deliver high-quality, ethical, and person-centred care in diverse healthcare settings. Graduates obtain a Maltese Nurse Registration Number recognised across all EU member states.

| Assessment Methods: Each theoretical module will be assessed by means of one assessment. The method of assessment will be determined by the respective tutor. The assessment can take the form of an assignment, presentation or a written portfolio. Moreover, for the English language module the tutor may decide to use written and listening comprehension exercises as part of the assessment. Moreover, the students will be required to fill a reflective portfolio as proof of attendance for the practical component. |
