This programme provides a transformational personal journey that can be experienced individually or in a group. It is based on the Life-Role Alignment Model, a development of the Logical Levels of Change by Robert Dilts. The L-RAM focuses on four core elements: Purpose; Values; Competencies and Behaviours. Through a reflective process, the programme offers participants the opportunity to explore each element and identify areas of misalignment. This leads to formulating an action plan that promotes better alignment, a significant increase in personal effectiveness, and maximisation of personal potential.

Part 1. Introduction to Leading from Within 

  • Welcome and objectives of the session 
  • Introduction to the Life-Role Alignment Model (L-RAM) 
  • Overview of the four elements: Purpose, Values, Competencies, Behaviours 
  • Brief origins: From Logical Levels of Change by Robert Dilts 

Part 2. Reflecting on Purpose and Values 

  • Guided reflection: "What drives me?" 
  • Individual exercise: Clarifying personal purpose statements 
  • Values identification activity 
  • Group discussion: Exploring value-purpose congruence 

Part 3. Mapping Competencies and Behaviours 

  • Personal inventory: Key strengths and skills (competencies) 
  • Behavioural reflection: Daily actions and their alignment with purpose/values 
  • Case example: Aligning actions with deeper drivers 

Part 4. Identifying Misalignments and Gaps 

  • Exercise: Alignment mapping – spotting disconnects 
  • Small group discussion: What gets in the way of living in alignment? 
  • Facilitated reflection: Internal vs external expectations 

Part 5. Action Planning for Alignment and Growth
