The PPA (Personality Profile Analysis)
The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessment is a series of forced choice adjective sets requiring “most / least” responses in the context of work behaviour. It is available online in 33 languages. The PPA has been independently evaluated by the world-renowned British Psychological Society (BPS), which has provided a Certificate of Registration to Thomas International acknowledging that the PPA assessment meets all psychometric requirements for use as a psychological assessment tool. The PPA provides an accurate overview of the participants’ behavioural preferences in four dimensions namely: Dominance; Influence; Steadiness and Compliance. These four dimensions are measured from a: Work Image; Self Image and Pressure perspective.
