Dr. Beverly Cutajar is the Founder of ThinkTalent. She has been active in the management of HR and Training across various industries, both locally and abroad in the public and private sectors for the past 20 years.

Amongst the key projects that Beverly has managed, and where significant value has been added, one finds the implementation of performance management systems; the compilation and application of competency frameworks; the design and delivery of a vast array of training and orientation programmes; the development of corporate values and organisational cultures; the facilitation of coaching and mentoring sessions; as well as the implementation and evaluation of employee satisfaction surveys and compiled studies on talent management, change management and the impact on the behaviours of employees.

Beverly is also the Co-Founder and Director of Ceek Recruitment in Malta, occupies the position of Chairperson of the Malta Film Commission, and is a Board Member on the ALS Foundation. She has chaired and appeared as the guest speaker in leadership and business conferences, as a guest presenter at the University of Leicester, and as guest lecturer at the University of Malta.

At an academic level, Beverly obtained a Doctorate in Social Sciences, specialising in Human Resources Development, and a Master’s Degree in Training and Human Resources Management, both from the University of Leicester. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanistic Studies from the University of Malta and is a qualified Executive Coach by the Bristol Business School.
